Tell me about the lights. Are they the round ones? What is the beam pattern degree?

I don’t think they are a good quality led light they are 3” round. Have not had a chance to try them at night. The lights I wanted to buy Cyclops but they are expensive.

Wow great find! Been searching for a led replacement for my Trailtechs since they quit making them. 10deg if true would work great.

Front suspension arm had cracks around welds so welded up and added some bracing for added strength then off to powder coating.

Yes on other end I wrapped sheet metal around and formed it to the tubes.

Not trying to highjack here but noticed you just took these wheels off, the ones that are giving me a very hard time! Any tips or tricks to getting these 2 off?

Copper not height jacking remove snap ring and tap wheel off then remove bearing 6006

Put something solid over end hole so that you can use an air hammer on it. While air hammering pull up on wheel simultaneously. Make sure the other end of shaft is not against the floor while doing this.

Made some gussets for the bottom both sides of front skid arm member said his broke there. The only thing I removed inside idler wheels because of interference which is no big deal. My front arm has brass bushings then the cross shaft goes through and attaches to the rails.
I’m doing a friends 2016 cat ZR 7000 and his front arm is wider where it attaches to the rails and has no Brass bushings.
