Was that a direct fit into the taylor gear or does he have custom ones for the taylor gears? I thought the taylor gear bushings were a little different…….might be mistaken though.

Same bushing. The Taylor gear tapers up towards the teeth so he thought he may have to machine the outer edge of the bushing to fit but in the case of this 25 tooth it fits just fine. Was that a direct fit into the taylor gear or does he have custom ones for the taylor gears? Just tried a dmc bushing and it fit perfectly in my taylor gear! I wasnt sure if it would go far enough because of the taper but I measured it once it was bottomed out and the overall width of the sprocket/bushing is identical to the dmc gear I removed the bushing from. Thanks for posting that hahaSame bushing. Same gear as you, probably wouldnt work on a smaller gear without machining the edge Id imagine.. The bushing sits flat but is quite close to the beginning of the taper of the gear. Im real happy about this. Did 2500 miles on dmc gear last year and bushing was like new, literally like brand new.No prob glad it helped you. What size gear did you put it in?
