So you`re still looking OBR - too bad that there aren`t any used M7 skids for sale in Norway.
Talked to the local AC-dealer about a new skid. I think that a new ac would be the cheapest way to go for us. I think it would be cheaper than buying Öhlins schocks for your skid.

Yeah, I think ac might be good, but not sure anymore after reading a bit on Snowest. Might have to get the dealer to put a price together for me, but as they don't sell complete skids, they'd have to put prices on parts together, and they didn't have the time last time I was there.
But, things might have gone my way. Looking on a used Kmod suspension now. If everything goes my way, I'm on a kmod next winter.
I talked to the Norwegian distributor for Ohlins, and they told me they'd never heard of apex mountain (or 06 RX-1 mountain as it is called in Scandinavia) but they were supposed to check back on me as soon as they knew anything more....

Sounds strange - the guy that work a Kitek told me that he had Öhlins made for his sled. He pay 20000,-kr for them. I think he ordered them directly from Sweden. They where supose the be first of a kind - made for his sled. He lives in Alta.
This summer I`m changing seat to RSM 2006, track change and hoping to get tunnel extension and transfer kit from MPI.

but 20K was including the front shocks, right? I know who he is, will talk to him if I run into him.
Why RSM seat? got one cheap? Why not order a Boss or Mountain Mod seat? Think it will actually be cheaper than a 06 RSM seat (and MUCH lighet). What kind of track are you changing to?

It was with both front & rear shocks.
I want to keep the sled as original as possible - I also think it will be easier to sell secondhand with a OEM seat.
I getting av new 151" challenger under warrenty. I was hoping to sell it - so I could buy a fingertrack 2".

I will be ordering Floats as soon as I get the pricing for them. Haven't found anybody who has great summer offers for fox floats yet, but I will continue my search...
Do you think it will be easier sold with an Oem seat? maybe... I'm not quite sure....

Still undecided... Thought I found a good deal on a used Kmod/Bullydog, but as it shows you can't use one that's been on a RX for an Apex, so I just don't know...
Still trying to find a price for 153" AC M skid, and awaiting prices for the stock skid from Ohlins...
I think my first choise would be a M-10, but thay are FREAKING expencive if you wan't them a bit light weight. (not to sure about the price for a 159 stock m10 skid, anybody)?
Still awaiting answers from Holz to.
Let me know if you put that m10 in...
And... what length M10 would one need for 162" Apex? 159skid?
Whats the difference in a 121" M10 skid towards a longer one? is it possible to strech them?

Ya the skid i migth be goign with is a 156 skid so im goign to go billet 8's to help make up for the shortness. The diffrence between the short track and long track m10 is the long tral is a m10 w2 live axle this meens it has a bar goign from the rear axle to the front suspension arm so when it transfers it forces the rear wheels down for less catwalk. You could buy a short track m10 wiuth olins shocks then go buy either cr racing 162 rails or apecialty sleds rails. The price for a 159 m10 w2 here is 2700 canadain and thats a good deal and then you need it put in.

thanks man... I heard Wildchild also makes rails? maybe I shuld check for a shorty than and just stretch it... Think I can find a fairly good price on a used one...
Installing it would be a hassle than probably...
2700 Canadian aint THAT bad, but the Holz upgrade, or KMOD/Bullydog upgrade is WAAAAAAY cheaper...
