Got it home & ran it on stand. WAAAAAY too quiet! I was going to wait until broken in & everybody test all the products, but i don't think i'll wait. And the chain tensioner? FA GETTA BOUT IT! I just need to keep reading this site even MORE than i am now to make my mind up who's exhaust to use. I've got 1 month then i'll order. I see some are running there products on snow so maybe we'll have more info soon. Some products (not on this site) have had their product out for some time & that just can't be fully tested. So i'll choose TTY vendor. Plus, if i buy from TTY vendor Mr Sled will like me more. It's called "brown nosing"

First thing I thought when I started mine was "this might be the quietest sled I have ever heard" then I hit the gas and it got quieter!

I dont know. That Livingstons video in head to head the stock Sidewinder/Thundercat sounds the best to me. Like a Stealth Jet! Piped one sounds almost like the tractor sound of old Cat Turbo with exhaust. Even those sounded cool from a distance wide open with stock exhaust. Could hear the Turbo.

I like to hear the sled, but too much noise really wears me out and takes the fun out of riding for me.

30 plus years I never had a trail closed I ride on. The land owners I have talked to are more pissed off with kids that go off trail and destroy crops!

Maybe I've been riding Ski Doo for too long but I think these Yamahas sound great right out of the box.

Land Owners can't close the road because something is loud. However they can and do close their land off...
