Well here we go again. 107mph is where I left off. Tomorrow will try for that 110mph again. Bringing all my weights and a brand new XTX belt also slightly different helix on sled and I now have latest Yamaha flash. Same place on river. Wish me luck!

What's a xtx belt? And what helix's?

2nd run 107 @9155. Adding wieght. Xtx belt is not enough. Dalton 50/40 helix may go back to k. Tips were full last year. Need 9055rpm

Getting there. Ice is crappy. Need nice packed snow. Well got that 1mph a year again so happy for a bit. Warming hands up and we will see what the cat gets. Will change helix back to Ulmer K at home and heading to UP tomorrow so might get chance! Vids of all runs will be posted in few days. Sooo close!

Great! Never seen a non turbo Viper running that fast! Only gearing would not be enough?? What have you done to get this extra power?

A lot. Read signature. Little pissed. Last year viper beat Cat 800. This year it got its butt kicked. Only mod on cat is clutching. Very first run 112@8250. There is more left. Needs 100rpm less but I am froze riding that sob! Will do it in shop.

Right now. Orange yellow orange primary spring,D&D Magnaforce wieghts,Stock spring in secondary with a Dalton? 50/40 helix at 6-1.
