Are you using this to get higher boost back after adding header? Don’t think this will work if so.ok so just to be clear if i turn the screw out - it shoud be the boost i had before and when i turn + the boost will raise?

I don’t know anything about this controller. But I believe the extra flow from the header is pushing waistgate open overcoming actuator spring at 17-18lbs. Normally this happens at 21lbs. So only way your going to raise your boost is with a lock or stiffer actuator. Your likely making same power at 18 with header as before header at 20.why?

good point but ben told me to shim the waist gate about 1/8” to 3/16” to raise the boost 1-2 lbs so if your right it won’t raise the boost cause the spring is not stiff enough? well i don’t no either will see next winterI don’t know anything about this controller. This will work. shiming waist gate effectively stiffens spring. Or..Tomcat performance sells a direct replacement actuator with different changeable springs if you want to try that. The other controller you have don’t think will do anything for you in this case.good point but ben told me to shim the waist gate about 1/8” to 3/16” to raise the boost 1-2 lbs so if your right it won’t raise the boost cause the spring is not stiff enough? well i don’t no either will see next winter

Turbosmart just tricks the wastegate bellows into seeing less air pressure.... therefore keeping the wastegate closed

Shouldn't need any of this to run Max Spool 19.....Its just a lean version of max spool 20...

Are you still running this on your 998? Seems like a very good alternative to the expensive wastegate upgrade.Turbosmart just tricks the wastegate bellows into seeing less air pressure.... therefore keeping the wastegate closed
