I'm sure if you give Allen a call he will help dial her in. Sounds like you have a fuel mapping issue.
Allen has been excellent in trying to help me out I was just asking if the people running this kit had the same problem and if they are happy with the power it produces

Send Allen an e-mail, he can send you some different mappings you can try. You just have to dial it in, they run really strong.

Yep, Allen has sent me maps while still on the phone with him, very quick. Also the second map was spot on, this was on a stage 1.

I had a similiar problem with my kit. Really wasn't happy with the power when I went out first round. He sent me a new map and my boost controller and it seems to be a lot better now. I am still a little lean around 6000-6800 RPM. Are you running a AFR guage?

Fin do you have an AFR gauge?
Yes I have afr installed The problem seems to be around 6-7000 and throttle position 20-40 there are three or four good pops or misses then it takes off makes it unpleasing to ride when you come to a bump or little hole and punch it to try to lift skis over it it doesn't happen just sputtering. And I'm not at all happy with the power my 800 r would kill this thing and that's not right I have 20000$ in this sled now. I have watched many YouTube videos of boosted sleds with this hp range and it seem there skis are in the air and there gone I geared back to stock as the gearing ulmer sent I did not at all like just not enough power on the bottom to pull that tall of a gear and that's only up one tooth on top but I'm trying to get it at least running half decent if not soon this kit will be coming out immediately

Still need to know what the AFR is when this happens, need to know...
See if you can check and determine if this condition at 7000 RPM is happening at a program transition point, like from one step to another, or like when boost starts to come on. Depending on the AFR value (lean or rich) when this happens... If it's lean it could be that the boost is coming up but fuel is not getting added accordingly fast enough and that will cause lean AFR until reached boost level to trigger the controller to add enough fuel. If it's a rich AFR at this point, controller might be adding too much fuel causing the engine to stumble...
Although popping sounds like a symptom of being too lean.
You might have to lower the boost pressure point that it looks for to start adding fuel (add fuel sooner) or increase / decrease the amount of fuel it adds at the beginning of this point.
Also, does this hesitation and popping happen all the time or just after the sled has been running for a while and is hot, etc?
Again, might be wasting your time if an updated MAP solves would this easily.

Afr is about 13.5:1 at that point I have tried a few different maps from Allen but no luck have emailed him three times. Now and no response so I called him today and he said " I don't know why you are having trouble" as if I was the only one so I said do I add fuel at that particular location and he said I could try that and he never got back to me cause he was busy with another sled well I spent 7000 getting that kit so you would think that's enough to get some help seeing that I ordered it Oct 18 and never got it till dec 7 and I'm still waiting for clutching and had to tear it apart to install heat blanket that never got sent with the kit I'm not at all happy

thefin,
OK the AFR is at 13.5, but what is the AFR when you hit the throttle from that point and the popping occurs? or is that same?
Also try to answer the rest of the questions I posed to you above, there are some very important details and information there, and we'll all see if we can get you straighened out.
It would be ashame for you to tear off the turbo kit for something simple in the tune.

ok yes it happens all the time ive tried tp replicate it on the stand and its hard to pinpoint there if you really ease into the throttle it wont do it but i mean really ease into it and it does seem like it is when boost comes on and when cruizing you just blip the throttle and pop pop poop then it will take off i do see the afr flash down to 10 and up to 14or 15 somewhere in there but its hard to tell the afr guage kinda flashes all over
is around 13:1 cruizing and 11-12 wot

Just a thought but do you have an auxiliary fuel rail and fuel pump? If so you may want to check the fuel pressure. Should be around 40-45psi with most kits. Check the fuel regulator
That may be your issue. Otherwise you just need to tweak you fuel mapping untill you get her dialed in..
