Viper mods under $100.00

Muffinworks has some nice billet torsion spring adjuster blocks. Softer torsion springs are a good investment
We also have copper exhaust gaskets too!

Ulmer secondary upgrade. Secondary machining for 8DN belt to work and keep proper adjustment as well as a new secondary spring that doesn't coil bind $85.

This by far was the best money I ever spent! All the times I have taken exhausts off trying one or the other I would have destroyed 20 gaskets.

Muffin Works gasket - remember.....stock guys will benefit from this also (chaincase adjustment, checking hose clamps...etc.)

Anti-stab kit is a must for anyone going off trail, jumping or catwalking you sled

BDX Anti-stab kit= $70

Arctic cat chassis are known for this

When I took the skid out of the girlfriends sled to upgrade the track I was shocked to see marks on the endcaps, I put on anti stab before I put it back in. I totally agree with this mod.

Another couple of ideas:

Different bolt for the seat

8DN belt

Battery tender plug

EVO quick release bolt set for Viper. Easy to put on and after install you can remove the seat or hood without tools. Under 50 bucks.

HID headlights If you ride at night it will be the best money you can spend.

I also added a LED fog for under 25.00

A lot of guys like the knee pads

<jk> I got them for the wife, I figured I would never need them - Sorry I couldn't resist.

They are actually a good mod if you are a pro-active rider, you get a good grip with your knees instead of sliding around on the plastic.
