Funny, after sitting on hold today for aprox. 13mins with a lady coming on every five minutes or so to say that she was sorry for the long wait and can't understand why there so busy. I also talked to a Channel and she also told me this was the FIRST time she has heard any complaints on the bar upgrade. This was at about 3:30 eastern time. It all sounded very scripted to me. She said she is sorry that I am unhappy that they are not any better but engineering said there is no problem and never has been. We'll if you've never heard of a problem why were you talking to engineering about it ? I think it smells like a cover up to me and at this point she was told to deny deny bye the powers to be !

WOW the truth is out .... LMAO, You and many others jump to conclusions because you don't hear what you want to hear.... so many channels, so many people to answer too, Yamaha is working on it... IT WILL TAKE TIME.... I have asked the question myself and don't have an answer either, I know of no bulletin .... but what do I know right??

I get tired of the complaining myself although I am guilty as well (many times). I have taken the steps to contact Yamaha. Although, sometimes it is nice to just say it and get it off your chest, and maybe even get solutions to your problems from other TY members. Solutions that Yamaha is not providing, such as what has been done in this thread. If no one complained about it this solution may never have come up. At the same time there is a respectable way to state a complaint and a childish way, make the right decision…

This site is in a whole different category compared to HCS, you simply cannot compare the two.

I hope you can understand.
 
Maybe we should e-mail a link to this thread to Yamaha Hqs . (just a thought) Then they cannot say that they have no idea what we are all bitching about !

Now you are saying that Yamaha got on the batphone and said "please please make them stop, the nasty evil Internet hurts us, tell them to bombard our customer service department instead"?

God this is so devoid of any kind of sane logic. Your thought process creeps me out and I would like to have a vacation from you and I am recommending that. Like or dislike Tom, he provides this site for us to enjoy. For that alone he deserves a certain amount of respect.

Oh yeah smack MrSled upside the head, but throw a little cutsie smile in there and the words dont count I suppose. And I read the other quote differently than you do.
 
No offense 87gtnos but if my comments came across to others that same way yours did to me, then will a moderator please remove my post.

Not my intention if it came across bad, just stating why a lot of people were complaining. It relieves some stress and I was simply stating there are good ways and childish ways to state an issue you are having.
