I use heat to remove that gasket maker....Yamaha will come out with it and I am guessing this will happen next week.
Problem is...these guys are riding now so a temp fix with High Temp gasket maker on the threads works just fine.

What size nordlocks do we need? Haven't even checked my turbo bolts but would be interested in installing these since it seems like it should solve the issue.
I wanted NosPro to try them to be sure but this is a Arctic Cat Flange bolt with 13mm head. Want Nordlock to have full coverage and these do. Got these at McMaster Carr years ago so no part#What size nordlocks do we need? Two out my three were finger loose. 72 miles on the sled.
The inner bolt is a bitch, but after trial and error I figured out a way.
I found a short and shallow 13m, put the adapter on it, then slid the 1/4" wrench on it. Worked well, it was tight. I also made a spring tool, I normally use a vise grips, but no room in this monster.
I didn't have a T50 ball end socket so i made my own.

Thanks for the pics. I gave up on the rear bolt... Just couldn't get on it good enough. I have read somewhere that a u-joint and socket worked, but I say bullshit because I tried. Will try again with your method!
