Has anyone here tryed out these Hygear shocks? for the basic kit , for front and rear shocks , without springs . $350 , Anything will be better then the shocks that came with my 09 mtx . Im thinking about adding these . Does anybody have experence or know anything useful about these shocks?

Have you called them yet? I don't think they will actually sell you any thing 'affordable'... when I called they tried to upsell me to the tune of $1200! They didn't even want to talk about something lower budget! And I'm not kidding, I did call them... Best money I spent was with Monster Performance in Burnt hills, NY.

I know, I was very interested in their $350 improver package... got out of hand fast as soon as I called... they will tell you that the $350 package is a waste of money!

They look pretty decent to me . But im curious about how much better they are compaired to my stock shocks , they feel wornout after 6000 kms . And plus if these much better then stock , stiffer anyways , for $350 ill take the kit .

I think it is a revalve to seems really cheap for all shocks. I found a set of the gytr clickers and there the best shocks I have ever had

About the cheapest I've seen is around 1200$ for ALL new shocks of good quality. I'd start with the rear first, its easy enough to "lift" the front of an MTX over bumps. I'm looking to go with the Float 2 front / Fox zero pro rears combo, Unless I can find away to install floats in the rear skid on my own. I really don't want to spend the money on a Timbersled skid setup.

I was selling a complete set for a cheap price. Now I just have rears left. I may sell a set of EVOL R front shocks though. But they are pricy retail is 995 for the set
