Don't they say whether they are Float (no number), Float 2 or Float 3 on them?
Birkebeiner
YES they do. I got the sled up on the lift and it is a FOX FLOAT 3 .
So I am in for the large volume air chamber as I have the linkage.
But at only 30 probably just buy on own........will wait a few days.

Anyone tried the Hygear Axis piggyback, adjustable coil over rear shock with, or without, the linkage kit?
I'm discussing with myself whether to ditch the Float 3 rear shock for the coil over shock, but the price is double of just adding the Dual Pressure.

Things are not looking to good from Hygear on this current deal. Not sure why the change of heart on their end. If it would even go any further, it would be a 10% deal. Are you guys still interested or should we move on?

For me, it was a toss up between Hygear and EVOL and most importantly, NEXT YEAR. 15% was enough to make me bite early and decide on Hygear. 10%, I'm not sure if its enough incentive. I'm back on the fence. I bet if they watched this thread and saw the amount of interest and possibility of big ticket items, they may have gotten greedy just as they did with the significant markup on the AXIS product line...
By the way, that is what pushed me away and made me go with Zbroz instead of Axis. The price tag of Zbroz is much more stomach-able and both shocks were designed by the same guys... Sorry Hygear, you lost out on a over $1000 and continued service over the years. Thanks Monster performance for working with me!
By the way, stay tuned for my Zbroz in Viper post coming up. Near as I can tell, I'm the first guy with Zbroz going in a viper. I'm working with Monster right now to get them installed. Shocks are in hand and old shocks are ripped out. We got a couple bushing wrong the first time around. Monster is sending me replacements. Can't wait for snow to report final results.

I have it and love it! I will never ride a float in the rear suspension again we are swapping the entire skid with the linkage and axis shock into my 15 with 8 & 12#s of boost for trails and Ulmer is doing his own magic to the 15 skid with shortened coil over to Lower the sled on the 14 with 20#'s of boost for the drags.Anyone tried the Hygear Axis piggyback, adjustable coil over rear shock with, or without, the linkage kit?
