Dude, you need to chill a bit. I assume you were being facetious? Pretty tough to get her to ride when her little pinkies are "code". This certainly is NOT for me, I rarely even use hand warmers. But the kiddy was complaining too and this is his first year to ride. Unfortunately she was riding Polaris for the last 15 years and NEVER had a complaint about those scortching warmers. Hard to convince her she's riding a higher quality, better sled, when the hand warmers don't even work properly.

What is wrong with yours? Now let me ask you, how do you explain this to her because what she is saying is actually right.
No kidding! I understand the sentiment exactly, since a very similar conversation has occurred in my house as well. And last year she had the IQ to ride and compare to, and that had no problem with hand warmers.
I thought I was getting the delux model for 9 G's, maybe I need to go up a model? No wait....nevermind.
I wonder how many customers Yamaha will lose to other manufacturers due to this issue?

Of course your first mistake was telling your wife. However you probably already realize that.
Now you will have to tell her some crap like "warm hands, warm heart", or "the better to touch you with" or some other sensitive bull s#@t!
Hhahhahaha!
You guys have me rolling here!
A few suggestions to tell her:
Think of all the money we will save on piston kits!
We can spend all the money we save on pistons kits on shoes/jewelry/purses/clothes for you Baby!
I will be in a much better mood because my sled always runs!
My Warm Hands are better to rub your back/shoulders/feet with Baby!
Would you rather I explore you with REALLY cold hands???

For the most part I do NOT want her to go. But it's pretty tough to ask her to come up north and have her sit in the cabin while I tear up Vilas Cty. I do plenty of riding on my own, and now that the punky kid will be riding I imagine she will ride less. I'd say she rides no more than 3 times per year for a total of 150 - 200 miles. Last thing I want is her whining and complaining when she HAS to come along. Make it as painless as possible.

ROCK! I finally got around to installing the Heater. Damn man, I could have been done in like 20 minutes if I wanted to, got busy farting around. Can't say enough about this thing. I got the plug and play and it was so damn easy.
Thanks again man!

just received my yamaheater today and it was $15 at the border for customs, for the people who are concerned. Gonna install the plug and play unit tomorrow. Thanks Rock

Glad to hear it was nothing major.
When did you order? (Just found my own answer, lol)
Trying to get a good feel for how long Customs is taking.
Ordered on Nov 9th, Rcvd Nov 26th.
Figure max 4 days in actual shipping.
Leaves 13 days for customs.
Much better than a couple I have seen, but nowhere I would like it to be.
Thanks!

Hhahhahahha!
I have the concept down pat!
However, in actual practice the remote doesn't work well, in fact, the more you try to use it, the worse the effect.
We ALL need one of those that works!!!

Not everything that runs on batteries will make a woman happy!
