I've had a Yamaheater for a few years now. It was a nice improvement but not as much as I expected. Added the boost module last week and rode this weekend in -25C weather. The warmers will now almost burn my hands they get so hot.
Thumboost add on is next.
thanks Rock!

Rock, you suck, I installed the boosted kit I had and rode last night with low windshied and could not ride with grips above 3 bars and even then sometimes had to turn down to 2. I can't believe the difference over the standard yamaheater I was using and was saticfied with and this boosted one.
WOW
Now I have a place to warm my buns if I campfire some hot dogs.

My local dealer advised me to get the BOOST unit with a cold sled like a Nytro. Glad I listened!

Hey Rock I'm going to be installing new bars and adding the updated grips. Is there a difference in the wiring of the new grips and if so is there a posting on it? I hate to bug you by calling, but if that's the only way let me know and I will call when they arrive.

Not a problem Yox!
If they are the RSI/Yamaha kit, wire your outputs to Red & White
(Blue & White together, as the instructions state.)

Re: new sled
Hey Dude!
Most of the Vectors just need the P&P (No boost).
Some of them are even warm enough to require nothing in addition.
Try riding it & see how your grips are now, that will tell you alot.

Can add a Boost no problem.
Will definitely make you have to turn them down!
Supposed to be another coooold weekend, this coming weekend.
SledToyz, Sledwerks, Dougs Small Engines, & Clarks Sled Shop, carry a pretty good stock of our stuff in Canada, one of them should be able to get you one before the weekend so you have Warmth this weekend!

Hey Rock,
Just wanted to say that I cant beleive how hot my grips and thumb warmer are now, unbeleivable! I can honestly say that I have to turn them down from max all the time, and same with the thumb warmer! Also, you should know that before the boosters, they were always maxxed!
And thanks again for taking my call while you were in the DMV, lol, and for wiring in that Y for the power!, great service!
By the way, anyone ever do a write up on your products in snowtech?, I definately think its worthy, you have made the new 4 strokes so much more trail friendly!

Another satisified customer. Incredibly easy to install and more importantly, they WORK! If you don't have them already do yourself a favour and get it, best money I have spent in a long time.
