rough rider u may have a different problem than most of us . I'm asuming you checked the torque on the primary bolt and the torque on the threads that hold the rear sheave to the shaft on the clutch.

hot coolant park the sled with the front of the sled higher than the back (front up on snowbank) run it for a few mins with the cap off then let it set. if its air locked the air will go to the highest part being radiator . :Rockon:

Belt squeal OK I cleaned all the clutches and belt with no change in squeal. I guess I don't know what the update is in the secondary this is a Phazer standard no reverse. Can any body fill me in on what I need to do?

I've got about 300 mls this year on the powermads they work pretty well. Easy access and your hands stay warm even with these warmers. Always used the old bag type before rolled up and bungied on the bars. I like these better I think I'm going to buy another set for the family phazer. :jump:

Do I need to put the little screw on caps on these plugs for the nytro? the set I'm replacing didn't have them on. On my apex we had to have these on. :o| Thanks

studding ice ripper We ;)! studded 1 two years ago for one of the guys I ride with .We did at least 144 track lasted 2 years with studs didn't tear out just wore out the lugs.
