Not sure still....I like the 1200 way better at the moment still......If i can make this snappy in trail I will like it alot better but the lag so far hurts the fun factor bigtime corner to corner....It works great on top end that is for certain! Will see how it goes.Hey Dan you know you will be on a SW next season so don't fight it. You're hardly on DooTalk anymore and if I want to find you I know I will find you here.
Lots more to talk about, like belts blowing and many other items that Im not sure I can live with, I tell it like it is bud. You forget how anal and picky I am! haha

I have a 22 gear coming now. Anyone using it in combination with the 39/35 helix?

I had posted it in other threads, so that is more my own fault.
I normally would have started a thread and posted it all for everyone to know...but I was given the part number by another great member here and I did not want to take the credit for it. So i was just more or less replying to others with the part number.
We had a guy bring a 22t gear into our dealer, and it would not fit w/stock chain length.....Guy took chain to another dealer to add a link, it then fit. Well, the sled came back to dealer with a big issue...
Turns out the 22t this guy brought in was not the correct pitch(it was close enough to not notice by tech) and was obviously a different part number.
So please people use this part number, and it very well should fit with stock chain....if it does not, check your pitch to be sure chain is sitting at bottom of the gear cog correctly.

I am. 22 top gear for 700 miles and 300 miles now with 35/39.I have a 22 gear coming now. Anyone using it in combination with the 39/35 helix?
Works great. I'm on a 129" with evo stage 3 and studded pretty aggressive. It's a home run. 22 tooth fit fine with 41 on stock chain but I had 50 miles on of hard launches to stretch chain a little. Pretty much had to back adjuster all the way off. Do not finger tight the adjuster like the manual says with 21-41s, its too tight that way and allows no slack. Install gears and chain and roll track around several times back and forth with secondary and adjust tensioner so theres enough slack in chain. That jackshaft will move around some so there needs to be some slack. I grabbed a hold of chain and worked it back and forth pretty good for about 1/2" of movement.

Question for Ben. I have PT flash, turbo force exhaust, can I run modded muffler for sensitive trail areas without affecting the tune. Like to be able to switch back and forth

Super quiet vs Turboforce not change of tune needed because they are both high flow. Of course the Turboforce flows a little more.Your modded stock or maybe super quiet
However the stock modified is a different class it's a sound cancelling muffler much quieter and also less HP gain. Still much more than a stock muffler.
The stock mod muffler needs a different version of powertrail to run optimal (V1)
We put V3 in all other models.

Okay thanks for info. Love the way it performs now just a little too loud for my liking on long multiple day runs.Super quiet vs Turboforce not change of tune needed because they are both high flow. Of course the Turboforce flows a little more.
