I achieved my best speed to date this weekend on lake st peter
Conditions were ice, with just a skiff of snow on top.
Stock sled, regular gas, medium windshield, no studs.
194 on the dream meter...wow

Thats clipping along!!! The best I have seen on my stock Attack is 117mph on the GPS, not sure what that equates to on dreamo speedo though, lol.

Ok, since I believe you must be talking kilometers per hour, I am guessing that you must be doing approx 117mph dreamo speed & about 102mph on the real speed calculator.

A couple of seasons ago I saw 201 km/h and climbing, but ran out of space. Everything stock but conditions were hard snow and cold.

194 KPH = 121 MPH. [194 X .626] Dream Meter.
121 MPH dream meter is about 107 ish real MPH. Respectable for an older style Apex.
117 MPH GPS on an Attak is wicked fast as is 116 MPH GPS on an Apex GT. The gods & or wind need to be with you to knock off those #'s unless one has done a lot of tweaking.

You got that right, conditions have to be absolutely perfect! I was running down a long stretch of ice road at that time, jump off the ice road to hard packed trail & you can lose 10mph instantly!! The 120mph in one inch of snow I would have to see it to believe it as a buddy of mine has a 2012 XTX & he is no faster than me & there is no way in hell I am gonna pull 120 real speed in snow, lol!!Riceburner said:194 KPH = 121 MPH. Haven't seen any sled pull 120mph in snow yet without $$ mods. Your buds XTX should be kicking your a$$. My 12 will... LOL

The 120mph in one inch of snow I was quoting off your post that you quoted from the madrussion. I take it that even though there was no boost, it was still a modded sled then? Your right, according to your earlier post your 2011 at 118mph will kick my #*$&@ by 1 mph, lmao! The 2012 have the same hpsx7001 said:ranger1 said:You got that right, conditions have to be absolutely perfect! I've been playing with the apex for a number of years now and my old 06 ran 120 at NBSSR in 2000 ft, with power commander and air box lid and a 1 inch track. We had one of those perfect days with a bit of a tail wind a couple years ago and I ran 123 on radar on 3000+, and my girlfriend ran 127. I set my 2011 128 mono up this year with the same setup - 1 inch track, power commander, air box lid, and clutching and its ran 120+ a number of times on ice with a dusting of snow.
