There's a thread on TY site on this. Some guys had to build a puller to use once they split caliper and got brake rotor off. The puller bolts go into the same threaded holes that mount the inner caliper piece to the tunnel.

Thanks for this, I'm hoping if I can get the caliper off the bearing I can pull it with one of my pullers.

Try reinstalling the the bottom gears and circlip in the chain case side. That'll hold the driveshaft and allow the most space available at the brake rotor side.

I agree put gear back on then split caliper. It’s the disc that holding you up unless someone Loctited the bearing. If it’s just the disc and there is some movement in and out with hand just lube like Clutchmaster said and keep working it by hand in and out. A burr forms on splines along with rust and you are working that off. But whatever you do pull straight it can get cocked and the be a big issue even with a pulled.

The disc is loose on the shaft, I'm really suprised its not coming off. I'm drilling out the lower panel to open things up more. I'll update as I progress. There’s no clip there, just worn and a sliver of steel has worn there. There’s a relief cut in the shaft there but no clip goes there.

To do it right you’ll need to use one of the fixes. The set screw deal is probably best but I just used locktight on mine.

I'm hoping its picked up under warranty and I'll go with BOPs wedge setup once he has it perfected. To do it right you’ll need to use one of the fixes. The set screw deal is probably best but I just used locktight on mine.
