Make sure you install the sensor the way power commander says. Different sensors require a different depth into the exhaust. I ruined two innovated afr sensors , likely because I had them stuck in the pipe too far because the bung in my muffler was to shallow.
Yes. This adapter gets it out of the main flow. Has incresed the life of my sensors tremendously no effect on accuracy as far as I can tell. Good advice.

My dealer in southeastern Minnesota has the flash. Taking my sled in on Wednesday. Really hoping this will cure the searching idle.

Heard there is no reflash. The flash showing up on the new Viper Diag tool download is the same as it has been since 2015?????????????

Had my viper done today no difference at idle still searches but not as much, only time will tell about everthing else.

While its not a Yamaha bulletin, I will try and take a photo of the AC bulletin next time I am at the dealer, it does state that it is to fix the kick back scenario that can occur.

Hope this isn't the case. Cooperate made it sound new flash is in the works. Just no asnwer to when the heck it is going to be released in the states.
Here you go guys.This is for Cat. Yamaha does not have the bulletin out yet. Flash is available as has been explained previously. So either call another dealer,customer service or just wait.

Not sure if it's different in the states vs canada, but my buddy an I took our sleds in to brains service center today and the guy performing the new flash update said it has been sent to all dealers. They just gotta check their email from yamaha. If they don't check their email then they're probably waiting for a phone call or something...who knows. Now maybe yamaha hasn't sent out emails to dealers in the states yet, idk. Anyways, took 10mins as promised. At first it started the same like no reflash was even performed, so I tried about 2hrs later....let the fuel pump do a full cycle and it started instantly! No hesitation whatsoever! I will try again tomorrow to see if it still fires instantly. Tomorrow I will pay attention for idle, BUT the guy who did the reflash said it's only for starter kickback and nothing else....this is just what we were told..

Yes the flash is out there at some dealers, my dealer doesn't know #*$&@ about it yet, he usually find's out a few weeks after I tell him, I am not doing it cause of my evo flash.

See Arctic Cat uses thier dealer system. Cat Tracker. Same thing as YDS. If they are now just emailing thats another step right down the tubes. Hundred or maybe even thousands of emails go through a dealer every day. Please dont tell me that they are counting on a email to keep dealers informed! I prefer to let my always glass half full mind tell me they are letting the Cat guys be the test dummies but my glass has been tipping lately....

I had the flash done today in Sault Ontario on my 16 stx. Never had a problem before and started and sounds the same after.
