Damn that sucks. And not good to hear.
Did you contact Lonn? Maybe he will do something for you? I was under impression these rollers from TP will be a one time purchase and last life of sled.

GForce S2 at 84gr YWY. cam 41-37.what weights and how much gram you run?
Now i am doing some testing for GForce on their new primary roller 16mm. They are holding up 1200km whit them now.
Different setting Gforce S2 80,5gr. YWY. Cam 45 straight. Realy good setup for parts durability fuel autonomy but a little lack of snap down low for my type of ride....

View attachment 139458 View attachment 139459 Hi rockerdan. No i didn't contact Loan you think i should? Look at the one in the middle, the weight was about to flip the roller and babooooummmm.......:-/
Byam, something is not right in this picture.....the bushings should all be black like the top roller.
I am going to call Lonn at Thunder Products and make sure he knows this issue.

Dan. I don’t think any roller is going to last the life of the sled at these hp’s. With that I have a set in my viper turbo with 3500 miles 190 hp and 2500 miles stock hp. Also a set in my winder at 275 hp. 800 miles and are still good. This is with thunder Products weights. Weights play a huge role in how long rollers last.Damn that sucks. And not good to hear.

Those are "fiber"type bushing and like all roller the bushing is coming out clockwise. When the roller can't turn the bushing worn extremely fast.
The one that looks correct in the picture was seized also (bushing out clockwise)

The 14.5 mm rollers obviously don’t work. I was at my dealer, he was saying for 2019 Yamaha is putting larger rollers in the winders, and a different secondary spring that is supposed to make it backshift and keep up with the primary better.

Bigger rollers apply less shift force, so might say a performance loss. One can shim the spider to get it back though too.
I just don't see a larger roller helping this bushing problem. They all have the same size bushing and it just wears out fast with the weight and harmonics of this thing. Now if you had a six arm clutch that would disperse the load across 6 rollers rather than just three
