Ya, sorry about the off topic. I was just reading through the post and was responding to an earlier post. Congrats on being able to do the job that quickly! I got it done but it was for sure not an hour job for me. Happy to be done with it.

The rpm increase varies, and I never data logged any rides, but the 240hp tune was over 100 rpm higher and the 270 tune was revving well over 200 rpm higher then last year, around where the 300hp tune used to run. I never ran the 300hp tune because the rpms were already high.
Another reason why I bought the 02 module and sensor.

I have a couple hundred miles on my SW this season mostly lake riding. In the off season I did normal maintenance as well as installing Scott Taylor gears and the Gap closed loop flash.
I am now dealing with a significant over rev at full throttle on all my tune selections, even on the 240.
I have been adding weight to the daltons to get it back to the desired shift rpm.
Anyone else experiencing an increase in rpm after installing the closed loop?
My RPM is up with the closed loop also. Ive seen 9250. I had it running 9000 last year. No other change to the sled from last year. I will wait till the lake is ready to add weight. RPM is more consistent in different conditions for sure. Cruising A/F is high 14 low 15 now. I can hear a lean "pop" sometimes at cruise.
I'm looking forward to having a clean exhaust side lower panel!

So far it’s sounding like most are happy with the new system. Adding weight on the same tune you where setup for last year can only mean one thing!

Many thanks to Dave at Hurricane for helping me out with the install of the closed loop system. Simple install, I must have missed a step. Dave went above and beyond walking me through it. Many thanks, incredible customer support!

IMO, hard to undetstand why a closed loop system like this would even permit an AFR that high.

Wasn’t it running the right AFR before the install, Dyno sheet for 270. The leanest was at 12.9 and that was at 5300 rpm and the richest was at 10.8 at 8800. 15.0 no expert but good luck !!!
