Finally got the rear end finished up. This is take two and I think it looks much more polished.
Started with Vector exhaust parts welded the hole shut:
Then treated to some paint:
Then on sled!
More to come!!!

More picts on the snow...
So far the 151 doesn't feel any different then my 121 as expected going straight in a ditch. The yoshi is a pleasant surprise. Its quiet as stock at any speed over 50mph and cruising. Hit the gas and she barks nicely but not retarded like some pipes. Low mph light throttle getting through towns is a little louder then stock both outside the sled and in the helmet. At idle it has a nice tone but it cracks a little like bee bees in a can just like a high compression V8. I think its something with the two into 1, when you put your hand in front of the outlet about a inch away it magnifies the sound, there is a lot of exhaust coming out of that pipe!
The 13.5" track with NO studs so far is awesome. I dont miss the studs at all YET I have a feeling I will but I plan to give this a good run with out studs just because its so nice not having to worry about tearing up trailers and my driveway! Its very quiet and the entire sled is SMOOOTH way smoother then before there is ZERO vibration at any speed. The ZXtend with a 151 took some tail landings with no issue and I think it will hold up to the beatings quiet well.
Overall so far so good! More to come when I actually get to trail ride this sled.

Looks like your Iowa trail sticker is a little out of date! Good work on the sled!

Also got a Garmin Nuvi 500 for my Birthday last week from my wife so I got it loaded up with trail maps and all mounted with a ram mount.
I dont like the height of it but its the LAST space available on my bars! I have the stock unit, boost, afr, water temp, hand guards, side mirrors, and now a GPS LOL
Total milage on sled.
Trip to the UP in 2 weeks cant wait!!

Sweet! Just got back from there today. Found some good stuff off trail. If they get anymore snow there before then it will make it pretty worry free off trail. It was a fun drive home today.
