Sweet!!!!!!!!!! Keep them pics coming. I tried calling you back, but no answer. I Sent you a pm with what you needed.

thanks!! I Was however able to find it myself after some searching. I mounted the suspension according to it, the front holes atleast.

Now I just need some drop brackets for the rear. Might make something temporary, have to check with my 'plate-guy'

Next thing now is droppin some weight off of the front.

You should look into the 2010 upgrade kit for the Mt. Tamer suspension - new lower crossshafts, 2 limiter straps and new bushing (150USD) . Mounting holes on the rails are moved forward on both lower cross shafts

What is it supposed to help for? Skies to the ground, better bump suspension or?

After I was done drilling and cutting the track, I removed 2,2 kilos of rorating track. With the Mtn Tamer also saving some weight, I think the back of the sled will be an ease to lift if I ever get stuck.

The front will most likely get a Barkbuster from Timbersled too. Just one call away now

Bull

Cool buddy, another old girl getting a face lift, great teamwork there gentlemen :)

Thanks. Ordered the Barkbuster front today. And after talking to TT for a while last night (thanks for the heads up) I'll order the upgrade kit for the rear suspension too...

Just need to decide on boost. Winter is coming

I'm also going to try something to make the hood lighter, and get more air in...Just not sure if I want to spend $600 on a mesh hood... I was supposed to be on a budget with this sled...but...you know...LOL

well, the supercharger is officially sold.... Now what? Not sure I'm able to run boost this winter. Found a front mount MCX kit, but after consulting with one of my more experienced turbo-guys, I think I'll stay away. Don't want a rear mount either....

Might have to look into that new rear-mid mount from MCX...I could just buy the old front mount kit and get the new header and pipe from MCX probably....Or run un-boosted on the RX-1 this year... :o|

Unboosted is like loosing something, without boost sounds a bit better. Hope you can find enough power going stock :)

LOL...Well, the Apex still has boost...But I'd really like to get the RX-1 moving too...I'd really like to go mid-mount. Reading the book 'Maximum Boost' now, I think I'm ready to design my own kit soon...hehe...

I do have the filter kit, and I think I'm able to get rid of atleast 100lbs from the sled, so we'll see...

Weight savings makes it more agile and fun to ride. I was close.. around 90 but have added some weight after that... probably in the low 80s lbs for savings and with the rev fuel tank moving the CG backwards it isn't heavy in the front anymore, not with a turbo anyway LOL

Easy sleds to remove weight from. I don't think my track will hold up if I get to much boost on the sled....

I'll put it together and see what we'll do....That Yamhcharger looks interesting, but haven't heard much about it yet...

made some progress today. The Barkbuster Front suspension from Timbersled is in...The Mtn Tamer Rear suspension from Timbersled is mounted, just waiting for the rear drop brackets (a BIG Thank you to TT  )

Getting the rear section of the tunnel made, making my own hood out of the stock hood, give it some paint...Put the sled on the scale and see how much weight we've removed....Well, that's about it for now....

That will be sweet when done! I am really looking forward to hear feedback on the front and rear suspension.

The dropbrackets should be there today - I sent you the tracking number
