Fairly new to the sport. Owned sleds for three seasons now so still learning.

I have a 2007 Phazer FX with 1800 miles that I've owned or a year. Only got to ride it once last year, and it had a bad case of darting. This weekend I checked the ski alignment and discovered a 2 1/2 inch toe in, now set for about 5/8 inch toe out. While doing the alignment, I noticed that the right ski has a lot of play in it where it connects to the steering knuckle. Looking at the service manual, there are two bushings where the bolt goes through the steering knuckle.

Is that all I need to replace or is there a better aftermarket solution to this wear item?

That would be the plastic spindle bushing. Look for @upbushman 's spindle kits for these sleds, made of stainless steel.

Ulmer also has a kit. Both work well. Some of us have now resorted to adding a grease fitting there. Both options last a good 4-5000mi before slop becomes really noticable. Hoping the grease will help more.
