The tiny black streak that at first glance appears to be a crack, is simply metal dust escaping. Naturally, it will leave that sort of mark as the centrifugal force sends it outward in that direction. I have many clutches here showing the same mark, but spray some brake clean on it followed by some compressed air and it is all gone. The slag is a bit ugly and concerning, but it's held together running the 300 tune. I bought a back up when i thought i saw a crack under the set screw, but after hitting it with some ScotchBrite it didn't look nearly as bad.View attachment 146586 View attachment 146587

View attachment 146625 not what I wanted on a Saturday morning ride. Looked the clutches yesterday and didn't see any issues with them
What clutch parts were in it? On your profile notes it looks like you have one stock and one clutched with a tune...?

Did you find the ejected HH weight and is the arm broke? Is that roller bushing still good or shot?

Thanks. It appears like it comes by the roller. Was this at high speed when it happened?

Looks like the bushing is worn out in the weight.
Look at the wear on the washer next to the roller.
