I was following along so well, but fell into a snag.I just realized that the chain tensioner needed to be reinstalled before the crank was put into place. After I torqued everything, realized it wont go behind the gear on the crank.
O well, sunday morning I will redo what I did, unless someone has an answer to my problem??
I like your footage on the timing, that is the next area of concern that I had, but that helps alot.I have never put one of these together, but so far...with minor setback..so good! Once I get the timing issue complete I will be looking good.

Ooooohh, shitty - you forgot the cam chain guide behind the gear reduction, right? Been there, done that. You already know the answer to your problem, R&R the crank....
