Not my call. I do what I’m paid to do. This is what he wanted. I would have just found a new chassis and dropped motor in it but when you have this amount invested hard to change the direction. This will work and most likely be stronger then the tin foil I have worked with.Damn, your this far into it just put a new tunnel on it.

I plated my tunnel about 4 or 5 years ago when it separated from the heat exchanger and it is still holding up strong.
Can't believe how cheesy that area is.
