Started to go through the sled these might be some probs

Found that the bolts which hold the spring clip on are too short to catch the Nylock part of nut. Loctite or replace the bolt.

How far in is the bolt into the nut? Mine is about flush.

Same here. That is not enough for the Nylox to catch. Bolts have a Taper at the end so threads are smaller and will not engage the Nylon properly. They screwed up literally.

Rule of the aviation world is a minimum of 3 threads showing on nylock nuts.
