I removed my stabilizer bar without hacking it in two. wasn't that tough to do.
+1^^^^ removed 2 on our sleds without cutting either.
only four bolts hold the bar to the sled after the 2 sway bar links are removed. two of the bolts are easy to get at, two are alittle harder. the two that are harder it really helps to heat the bolt at the retainer nut area to loosen the grip on the bolt.
keep all your bolts, spacers ect... then you can then put it back in when and if you like. ski

+ another 1 ^^^^ - heat is your friend.
screw heat...Pull off the plastic, and hack and whack...
Hack saw (or sawzall) and take the brackets off...
You wont ever have a need for it, and you get to shave a few extra ounces off the sled...
anything less and you just being a weenie like Moto

IMO, hack -n- whack totally unnecessary. It really isn't that hard to remove it properly.

I went with the Hack and Wack as well!! Tried to get it out the right way and two of the bolts were loctited so tight that i striped the bolt. Oh well the hack and wack worked and i don't regret it one bit. I will never put it back in.

Anyone seen or heard from TTabs lately? (I thought I'd interupt this weenie discussion).
I've been waiting for him to continue his project. On a side note. Does anyone have a NW turbo kit with a fuel tank that doesn't leak? Mine leaks at all four corners and the plastic is contaminated with gas so it can't be welded.

There is a trail tank available specifically for it. I think there is a special deal on them for Haydays from Ulmer Racing... but I'm not 100%.
Whats the $'s involved? Want to go to Hay Days and get me one?
