Absolutely! Switched to powertrail after being on ECO for 6k. Put 1200 miles on powertrail. 7200 on sled. Running straight 38 for about 7k.

What secondary spring and wrap do you go with? Mine is same 38 and I have run allens pink spring at 01,but this year I have had luck w/Dalton cat white at 9-1,but secondary much hotter at Dalton white at 9-1 than ulmer pink at 01 w/his pink.

So when the sight glass's crap out do they fall inside or fall outside the case? Was thinking of jb welding it in place or epoxy?

They fall in. And sit in the bottom of the case. I don’t see how it could fall out. They rest against a lip on the outer cover which makes the hole too small for the glass to fall through. The glass would have to be broken into pieces to fit through the hole.

Yes. I did do it by hand. 6/2 is good but I like 6/3.

IMO its the massive VIBES over a long period....its a SCHITT design really. No need to roller, should be like BRP uses.

How do I get that chain tensioner back in the case with everything installed? I had the screws tacked but I am wondering how to install, any tips? Thanks in advance.

Back off the tension screw, push chain over and install tensioner on post.

yeah back off adjuster a bunch, slide it back on. Be sure to get the spring in correctly...

A small flat head screw driver works good for me

Mine went on easy once I had the spring tang held into position. Maybe a screwdriver or something if needed. Pretty straightforward I recall.

Take a small dia 1/4" drive deep socket with a screw driver handle on it. Put the socket on the end of the spring and lever/guide it into place. Then the socket slides off the end.

Its a bugger but that worked for me.

Servicing a 19 SRX with 4300 kms. The bolts did not appear loose but when I put a socket on the bolt they were in fact slightly loose. Both sides which would allow the center shaft to spin. I wonder if that contributes to them coming loose further(the shaft spinning).

IMO, if the shaft (axle) did spin, since the it would be turning counter-clockwise, that would have a tendency to tighten the outside screw but loosen the inside screw. No matter, another example that many/most of these tensioners have loose screws. Ugh!
