No it is titanium and it cannot be welded unless you want to buy titanium welding rods which is more than the mid pipes themselves. I have a good left mid pipe that is also titanium that I had changed in a replacement job that I could sell to you for $120 shipped.

Go With stainless steel like MrSled says.
The titanium parts are useless, it cracks, bends and buckles in most sleds, it's a failure waiting to happen.
Stainless will last way longer and are easier to weld, it's a bit thicker than the titanium pipes.
Just my .02 cents Worth

Go stainless with copper donuts. $162 + shipping for pipe. New pies from dealer are ss. Just noticed that you are from Ont., that is US price.

If you order a new pipe it will come SS... that dont make the Titanium any longer.
