Don’t bother it’s the biggest POS on this sled. Total waste of time running the stock ROV. It will blow out your gasket on oil tank. Only a matter of time.

. I have the same hose and layout but with a bigger loop up top. I also have heard of that hose freezing up in the upper curve so I put a short slit in the hose about 5-6” up from the oil tank just in case of any restriction. It does not leak or seep at all.For sure it happened once on my sled whit stock rov... after that i did the bypass as many many others.....

I don't have any technical details on this yet or whether there will be a way to retrofit it but here's a pic of the electrically heated rollover valve on a 2020 winder. Also note the fitting on the inlet to the valve appears to have a shoulder now which may prevent the fitting from moving in and out like the current ones seem to do.
Still think a real rollover valve with tether is a better way to go. Then you could just ditch the stock one.

That will be good for the mountain guys but I still like a clean intake.I don't have any technical details on this yet or whether there will be a way to retrofit it but here's a pic of the electrically heated rollover valve on a 2020 winder. x2 for me. I don't want the goo plugging up and coating the whole intake tract.

Yea at least they addressed the freezing issue. Not perfect BUT still better then what we had. Not seeing the thinking on the whole water vapor and goo going into air intake as a engineering marvel by any means. This was the one thing that has always made me scratch my head from day one on these winders. I remember the first time I took my air box foam out and looked down the tube with s flash light. “WTF is that” if remember correctly.

Goo back into intake is for emissions, so I have been left to believe.
