Rear suspension sagging?

Measured limiter straps. Mine are 9 1/8" from the bottom of where the strap mounts on shaft centerline to the top shaft where the strap rolls over the tube and is clamped. If using the shaft mounted in tunnel, that the slider goes on, to the same bottom shaft, its 10 1/8".

Identical to mine before adjusting the ski pressure and torsion springs on soft! After i let the pressure off of the front ski shocks it made a large difference in the uncoupled travel. I also changed my torsion springs to hard. Will be taking my BOP 4 position adjuster off of the apex and putting it on the sidewinder. Warranty according to the dealer i bought it from does not cover suspension sag unless the torsion springs actually break.

Because the front ski shocks are holding the front end up and the limiter straps are tight, the rear suspension is carrying all of the weight. Colapsing it down to the coupled bump stops.

There must be a change in the geometry of some of the skids. As other people are not having the same issue as your dad and i.

I dont think its only the limiter straps that changed. Because mine still hits the coupler blocks in the upper 3/4 of its travel. Once it hits them it takes a very large amount of force to get it to move.

After making those adjustments it seems like it will ride good. Mine has never been on the snow yet. So i can not definitively say it will ride good or bad.

Thanks, going to start with this. Also going to measure my own limiter straps on my '20 LE. '19 and '20 have different part numbers and prices for a reason. Whether that reason is relevant I'd like to know. But, if hellflyer is measuring 10" center to center, and you and my dad are measuring 9", something seems off. Not sure why limiter straps on an SE would would be longer than straps on a GT.

I took the strap out! Took a minute and a half. It’s 16 1/2” long and has 3 adjustment holes 1/2” apart

It's sitting on a flat concrete floor.. what do you mean? Thanks.
lift the back of the machine and put a 2" spacer under the track so the back sits 2" higher at rest to match the 2" they added to the front too see if the sizzor stops straighten out.

My straps are exactly the same. Except for the fact that i lied about them being in the longest hole. They were in the middle of the three. The washer was covering the other two holes and i didnt feel them. Going to change them over to the longest hole and see how that changes things!

With the limiter straps extended out, no one on the sled, the front of the track is still off the ground and straps are tight.

When my 130 pound wife jumps on the sled hands on the handlebars the track sits on the cement. She is about a half inch from hitting the coupler blocks. When she gets off it extends about a half inch from fully extended travel.

Wish i had snow to ride on! As it may be fine this way! The dead sag is gone. But the super stiff coupled travel has not changed.

Still seems off compared to mine with the track off the ground!
Front of track like ThatOneGuys said is too vague a description. It should be on the ground at the furthest point on rail BEFORE rail curve. At that point track should be fully touching the floor and should be slack in the limiter straps. I am suspecting spring sag is going to come into play here since his sled has not been ridden yet. I would bet in 3-500mi the front ski springs sag out a good bit. But so will rear.

Can you take another side view pic? You have the ski springs backed all the way off till keeper is just not rattling when off the floor? What position are the torsions in?
