True....the boost/HP in Hour meter was implemented last season in an update, Cluster flash does allow for boost in diff windows though, and ofcourse tune swaps via top left button on cluster.I do not have dash flash. Boost and tune HP show up where hour meter was on stock dash.

Im' with you @DMCTurbo - I switched to MS16 SMM this year from MS17 with 3" Sandale and am liking the quieter ride and the power (so far) is everything I need. Realistically it's more than anyone "needs" for trails - but "too much" is usually my baseline.I haven't been in the top speed kinda mood lately. I actually really enjoyed the quietness and no drone of the stock muffler. We just got another foot of snow today... I haven't seen this much snow in a while.

Cluster flash comes with ability to change tunes with top left button on cluster, it allows boost PSI gauge to be moved around to left, right or hour areas of cluster. It also allows a customer to run a jukebox multi-tune withOUT owning a flasher. Might do other things too that Im not aware of.Hi Dan, what is the dash flash then?

No it comes with the single 16 tune,at least mine did.Do you need the dash flash for it to display boost PSI or does that come with a tune?

Do not think it does Pete.
My TD single flash shows the boost and has the red knock light.
They also changed the cold run alarm from 69 stock to 89 once flashed.
Unless he already came out with more features on another update.

Hour meter switches to tune temporarily when you hit the button if you have it. It then goes back to boost in a couple seconds.

lol. I haven't upgraded to the dash flash as it doesn't offer enough to justify the cost for me. I would like to see the tune as I am running though... I can never remember what I have it on so I have to hit the button and go through them. That is a PITA but the rest works for me as it is.

Can some one please explain too me the difference between Powertrail and Max Spool 16 . I have had Powertrail for two years now and would like a little more but dont want to have fuel issues. Is Max Spool 16 a step up?

For you, the next step up would be Max17. Max16 is for stock mufflers. Max17 is for a more free flowing muffler.
Max17 has more power than Powertrail. It also spools quicker.

I switched to the stock muffler tunes as I’m heading into la belle province for some trail riding. Max spool 16 pulls really hard and makes me wonder why I need any more power. With the 3 bar and ts bov I was seeing 17 psi of boost. Nice knowing I can run 87 on the 230 ecotrail tune as well. Only downside to the stock muffler bundle is that I can hear my clutch rattling now.
DMC, will Max Spool 16 pull same clutching and/or weight as Max 17 or PT???
