For you, the next step up would be Max17. Max16 is for stock mufflers. Max17 is for a more free flowing muffler.

Max17 has more power than Powertrail. It also spools quicker.

Right on...PT with SQ is 265hp, PT with stock muffler is 240hp, PT with turboflow is 270 hp.

Max 16 with stock muffler and cai is 255hp.

I've never noticed anything different with the dash unless the dashflash was downloaded, and I had tuned 3 different sleds with bundles. I'm using TD, maybe Hurricane is different.
