It's a big gain vs powertrail.
Ben I ran PT with SQ all last year and love it. I used Amsoil octane boost for piece of mind out in the Quebec bush. I got the power bug but I like dependable power. What would be the next dependable step, adding your bov ..3 bar map sensor? I would keep SQ muffler and add CAI. Thoughts..looking at dependable bundle option too.

BOV will add power too...Tried my max spool 16 sm, still with stock bov and map sensor, big difference from ecotrail tune. Adding 3 bar map sensor and Td bov this week, need to add more clutch weight as well.Very happy with tune.

Ben,what do suggest for Dalton clutch set up for max16 MSM with CAI and map3 with TS BOV. I only have Dalton DTYA-1 ramps, but also have Dalton BLK/BLUE primary spring, and Dalton 41/35 helix and Dalton org/blk secondary spring, plus I could run stock 35 and Dalton org/blk spring, where do you like the degree settings with his secondary spring. And do I shoot for 8800-9000?BOV will add power too...

I'm starting the season with almost this same combo, except a straight 35 Dalton and Dalton BLK/GRN primary spring. Interested to see what Ben says here - I was planning to try the DTAY-1's empty to start.Ben,what do suggest for Dalton clutch set up for max16 MSM with CAI and map3 with TS BOV. Those weights are 74.9 grams heavy a bit especially with steeper helix. You will need a stiff primary to offset and I prefer the 35 helix.

So stay with stock 35 and Dalton org/blk wrapped to 60 or 70 and Dalton primary blue/blk 54/133 be ok?Those weights are 74.9 grams heavy a bit especially with steeper helix. You will need a stiff primary to offset and I prefer the 35 helix.

Dale felt it was safer to do so - but also said the failure rate was pretty low. I didn't have an issue with the old one after 1000 miles, but swapped it out just to be safe. The main reason I asked is the wrap is different between the 2. The old one was 60°-70° depending on what you wanted and the new one is 80°. I haven't ridden with the new one yet, nor this entire combo but am pretty stoked to see how it feels compared to MS17/3" SanDale - LET IT SNOW!Old one,do you think it needs to be replaced?

There was a batch of them that were bad. No way to tell for sure. Some of them broke. No difference in the new ones except they are painted instead of powder coated. Mine had a whole season on it with no issues so I just kept it. If you are worried call Dalton. Pretty sure he was letting you take before and after pics of destroying the one you have then just shipping you another one.Old one,do you think it needs to be replaced?

Tangs are in different locations and the required wrap is thus different. I believe the compressed rates are the same. There was a batch of them that were bad. No way to tell for sure.
