Initial setup is with the XS belt. Was able to get a few miles on it this weekend just to "feel out" the new sled, R's were right around 8850-8900 on the few blasts down the railbed. The combo feels smoooooothe a hell but honestly was more concerned with the handling of the sled through the tight and twisties at this time. I'm definately going to try the 8DN and that is probably what I will stick with in the long run.what belt is r u using with the Tapp and pro 4 ?

35. Refresh my memory, is the 39/35 what came on the stock Sidewinders from 2019+ or was that 35/39?

Not sure. I am using the stock 35 with pretty good results. Was thinking about trying a dual angle helix. No interest in the reverse angles........

My plan is to definitely start the season with the 35 and see how I like it. Hopefully it will be good and I can just leave it there and be done with it.

I see you're from Tomahawk, Minocqua myself, I wouldn't mind taking a gander at that bad boy if you don't mind? Trying to decide between that and a Pro-4.Finally got around to installing my new TAPP this weekend. Sure looks pretty! Oh....and so quiet too!

Reports form many tuners is top speed with TAPP clutch is higher than any other clutch. If your clutching setup is correct with the stock clutches, there will be no performance gain in going to the TAPP clutch or any other clutch.

I always pump TAPP clutches to everyone I talk to (I have two now) but the “best” part is Dave always picks up the phone and walks you through the answers to your questions. Well worth the investment!
