I have, my secondary machined and 8dn belt ulmer clutch kit I usually clean clutches once a year (start of season). I only have 1000 miles on sled should clean clutch change belt ???

Probably conditions. I have the same set up as you. Yesterday, the morning was very cold (near zero) and the trails were very hard packed. No jerky on/off feeling at all. It got sunny and warmed up to 24 in the afternoon...the trails got fluffy/loose and the track just breaks loose at all speeds. At night the temps dropped back down and the trails got real hard packed again and it wouldn't do it anymore. It is days like yesterday (and this winter for that matter) when we have a lot of snow that it gets me thinking if I should of opted for the 137" as the better choice. But-it's so tight and twisty around here so I am probably better off with the 129".

I have felt it also I'm thinking trail conditions. Feels like like track catches then let's go on loose powder then packed powder. It's normal.

Are you hitting the rev limiter? That could cause that feeling.

Tach reads slow...very slow. After you stop and before you shut off sled hold down lower button on the side your tach is displayed to see recall top rpm.
