I was attempting to service my bearing as well.
I will try and file it a bit but am unsure how to get it off if that doesn’t work.

Did you guys have any luck getting the rotor off? I'm going to do this soon. What grease is everyone using to repack? Standard wheel bearing grease?

I just did mine tonight, was surprised to see a China bearing behind the brake rotor. Are they China bearings in all model years? I have an 18’ viper.
bearing behind secondary is a Japan bearing which is nice to see. I just used standard chevron grease. It’s all I had LOL
