canondale its the outside mount that connects to the running boards. Not the one that connects to the inside of the tunnel. I believe the 129 drop links are different than the 137. I know I would like to put the steel mount on mine.

I was curious so I just checked both 129 in shop and magnet sticks cannondale27.

Yes. Thats the one that magnet sticks too. 129 is different than 137. Looks like you have it handled. Well done.
