My 22 oil tank seal Is now seeping
is there a new method to delete the roll over valve?
Nope, same method. Were still deleting the "new and improved" ROV that dumps oil on the clutches and belt. Just plug the hole in the stock airbox if you are still using it. Commons sense stuff. Harder to get to the heated ROV, but it still gets tossed.

Nothing against Travis, he builds good stuff, but why spend money if you don't have to? I have 6000+ miles since deleting the ROV and using just a good bead of black silicone sealer. No idea how his roll over kit works, but I know deleting the ROV and eliminating the problem works for me and other machines I've had thru the shop.

I ran bop rollover kit with gasket for 500 miles, no issues. Did just delete the whole thing this weekend, as said before no need to run that goo through intake which bop bypass doesnt solve.

I ran a 1/2" vacuum cap and clamped it down.

If yours is a 22 it has heated rov. 5/8 ID hose that dumps into airbox. You need a plug to fit that size.

Afterwards, why not disconect the groud wire at the heated ROV and cut or tape it up? No point of the heated element be on, no?

On the 22s is there a line on the turbo to plug?
And did you just pull off the spade connector for the heater?

No line to the turbo. Pull the spade on the ground and the round plug on the positive.

I just don't understand why this is still an issue 5 years after I bypassed my ROV.My 22 oil tank seal Is now seeping
is there a new method to delete the roll over valve?
I know most here will say it's an easy fix and if so why can't the engineers at Yama/Cat fix it? They have had 5 years to get it right.
