I know guys on here are running studded storm 150 tracks, so I just have clearance witb this setup!! I’ll ccheck again when I tighten all my studs!

sure sounds like studs chewing aluminum. does the srx have small clearance? I thought you could throw 2 inch or so on these.

how many miles on sled... I have 18 rtx … mine sounded same thing ,,never got out of the shed 0 miles on it …. loaded it up and brought it back to dealer and put it on the lift... turns out on my sled it was the clips was seating into the drivers {flash from the driver mold } … took it out into parking lot and gave it a good shot of fuel and it all went away.... not a sound after

I took my belt off and turned the secondary by hand. I hear hear what sounds like track clips hitting something in the front and back of the suspension

They could be, I just thought that is why the SRX with lower ride height was suppose to be the lake racer.. I may be wrong..all you have to do is mark and count the driver tips.

IMO:
Way to many "click " noises for the rpm of the track to be anything other then studs hitting something. If it were just track clips hitting drivers there would be far less frequency of clicks.

SRX has 9 tooth 2.86 drivers....same size and part number as LTX

you have to realize that the track is turning faster then you think …. there is a thread on here somewhere that I had posted for the same thing...IMO:
