When I push down on it, there is a 1.5” gap between the slides and clips. I’m told these sleds like a tight track....
I just watched the vids. Either you have a heck of a microphone or that is really loud! You look up on top track in tunnel to see if studs are hitting something yet?

Checked the tunnel extensively and no evidence of anything hitting

It is really loud!!! Sounds violent!
I feel your concern. Dont blame you. Look real close at the tips of studs might be something on them. The whole tunnel acts like a speaker. Can be anything. I guess only course of action is to work backwards. When you are riding it on smooth surface is it jerking in time with the noise? It is really loud!!! Sounds violent!

Did you look on the other side of your driver... sounds like your studs are hitting the rear of the bulk head. Looked to me that the track jumped a Little on the top side as it was rotating downward towards the bulk head area.
In the first video the sound is way slower than the track is turning. I am thinking chaincase. You guys hearing the same thing I am? That is not normal.

Did you change your sliders? Did you cut them too long or at an angle?
