we have 2 sleds in the shop and we can use tool to remove belt its a bit tight but can be done.. I will make the cup deeper in the next batch to make it easier to remove belt..

I also tried to usr the srviper code last night and received the same message that the offer expired November 14th. I will place the order today if you will honor the discount offer.

Also same question as before. If I order now will I get one from the "next batch" that will have a deeper cup that makes it easier to remove the belt.

I am picking up my new Viper today and I need to start buying goodies for it. LOL!

Will I be able to change over from 8JP and run the 8DN belt with onlyhaving to install this adjuster? I am going to order one as well! Looks Great!
On a side note! Is it True the 8DN belts run 10mph faster as stated in other posts?

Yes and with clutching 10mph is possible.

So remove secondary, remove back plate and install adjuster is it in a nutshell? Is Yamaha belt height the same as my Skippy at 3/16" above?

Make sure you remove the 3 screws on the back side of secondary. The plate is between the 2 sheeves on the secondary that has three screws that need to be heated to remove as cannaondale mentioned.
