Stock Winder belt issues - No tuned sleds

Is that the stock Helix? And Stock Secondary spring? If it is...I'd get rid of that immediately. Put in a TP Orange Secondary spring, or Dalton Black/orange Secondary spring, and a Dalton Helix...with some Heavy Duty Rollers and that may help your problem? Cuz that's a time bomb for belt blowing right there in that video.

Big time bomb. Snapped 2 belts and the first one took out my side panel. I sent that video to my dealer. Dealer sent it to Yamaha. So I'll give an update when I hear something. My dealer changed the bushings in the secondary, but that did nothjng.

Looks normal to me, I don't think the secondary can push the belt out unless it's turning.

That's how it's supposed to be. That's my turbo nytro. 250ish hp on the trail or so and doesn't blow belts. Something's wrong with my sidewinder secondary.
