To update flashes, push button (flash to pass),three times while running, shut off start again, push button four times, hit high beam button once , tap brake six times, your all updated. Make sure your phone is off when you do this. Then just ride

What were you getting for top end with 22/37 gearingit has stock srx clutching, except the 75g weights in the primary and the secondary set at 3/3. i changed the gears to 22/37 and they seem to work a lot better on the track and the trails. i have a cai, 3bar and bov.

Hi fast,i had the TD max 16 and MSM setup,Cai,BOV,and 3 Bar map,i liked it,but did not have any places I could run it hard,w/out track rachet, running down long sloped roads, seems to balloon the track more than on a smooth flat surface. I was also chasing my tail on clutching,as the year before I had one of Allen Ulmers set ups. Maybe this coming season will be better for nice flat lakes...ha ha.What tune did you have last year and what didn't you like a out it

i ran max16 last year with CAI, BOV with great results. I have a XTX sidewinder 141 no track rachet here, 1700 miles and sled ran perfect. 8900-9000 rpm same belt all season, Timken XS825 with Thunder Products clutching. Only change for this year will be TD header.Hi fast,i had the TD max 16 and MSM setup,Cai,BOV,and 3 Bar map,i liked it,but did not have any places I could run it hard,w/out track rachet, running down long sloped roads, seems to balloon the track more than on a smooth flat surface. What are the expected gains with adding the header? Stock Muffler or Stock Mod Muffler? I was thinking of going this route to get more power.

Max spool16 with stock muffler the sled runs 124-127mph in 1320' and around 130mph in 1500'. If I were to run this tune only I'd leave the 21/41 gears in the sled. I usually run max spool20.What were you getting for top end with 22/37 gearing

TD website shows Max16 as 270 hp. My Max16 is 260 hp. Anyone know if there is an update?

Dam not again. After last seasons upgrade to the newer Max Spool 16 (3 bar), I was very happy with the updated version for 3 reasons, knock protection, ability to see your boost amount on the stock cluster, and the lowered cold start light, and I also believe it was a cleaner/leaner tune at WOT!!
OR, they are just increasing numbers to better match their real world results, as posted last year. They claimed all their Dyno run hp numbers were purposely kept lower then actual, for reasons.
If they found 10 more for that same tune, “Here I Go Again”

I believe they are always trying to improve their tunes.
I'm hoping to try Max16 this winter. It sounds like a kick arse tune.

I used thunder heavy hitters and thunder orange springs on both sides 33/35 thunder helix at 40 degrees with max 16 last season, 1600 miles on the same XS825 belt and it looks great. sled ran perfect, 89-9,000 RPM. TP clutching worksYa I am going to give my Dalton weights and his 41/35 a try this year, with my thunder orange springs, both primary and secondary.
