you can eliminate the tri hub and only purchase the inner 2 wheels and spacers of the 4 wheel kit and add bolts on the outer skid from the tri hub kit. I bought just 1 wheel and the bolt and spacer last year when I threw one trail riding.

I have a 2015 Viper STX DX 141 with the same problem as pictured in this post. The track is rubbing on the left side of the back tunnel. Front sprockets are to one side of the track and it will eventually wear out the track edges.
To center the track, I have to tightened the track tension bolt on the left side much more ( 1/4 inch plus when measuring it ) to get the track not to rub on the left rear part of the tunnel. Then, the track deflection is much tighter on one side, which creates obvious problems. Even tried the 4th wheel kit and no help! Definitely, there is an alignment issue with the skid rail and tunnel. Only 38 miles and it is wearing the paint off the tunnel. Brought it to the dealer and they acknowledged the problem and said to just drive it to see if it fixes it-self... right... what a joke!
Any ideas?

Measure everything. X corner of skid and mounting points. If it's all square then only alternative is to remove axle and press drivers wherever you want.

Shouldn't this be a dealer fix?Measure everything. X corner of skid and mounting points. If it's all square then only alternative is to remove axle and press drivers wherever you want.
Should be a Yamaha fix. Measurements are in service manual for drivers. If they aren't in spec its defective.

Even if the axle is removed and the drivers are pressed over to center them, does that solve the track rubbing on the left side and uneven track deflection?

So, I measure corner to corner? X
It will if tunnel, skid and mounting points are square with Drive axle. Yes X pattern to exact same points. Dimensions should be within a 1/16 use a string and measure the string.Even if the axle is removed and the drivers are pressed over to center them, does that solve the track rubbing on the left side and uneven track deflection?

Ok, I will give that a check, thanks!
Sometimes all it takes is loosening all skid bolts and squaring the skid up. Then reinstalling each bolt one by one with Loctite and torque to get it right. Othertimes it means moving the drivers. Sometimes both. Its a big job and time consuming. Me I just let mine wear in. No issues anymore but definitely does hurt performance if not square.

Thats what the SPEED guys do, its called chassis blueprinting. Amazing what it will do for rolling resistance.

Measurement X of tunnel looks to be close. In order to get the track to center in the tunnel, the right track tension bolt is 3/16 to 2/8 different than the left track tension bolt. The track deflection measures 1/2 the left side and 7/8 on the right side... clearly noticeable when the track if off the ground. Front sprockets are tight to one side of the track. Looking at the rails, they are not running straight with the track, 3/4 inch difference from the front to back as the rails are not parallel with the track . Loosened all mounting bolts, which made no difference when aligning the track . Brand new Viper 141 with 38 miles. Don't understand it, I have three other Yamaha machines and all are good! Something is symmetrically not correct? Motor not mounted straight or sprocket? The dealer's mechanic is of no help! Says he has seen them like this and to just drive it. I am not a mechanic but I am pretty sure the track and other parts are not going to wear evenly. 10,000 for this machine!
Now check that the drivers are centered in tunnel. When done with that check the skid to arm points in X pattern.
