Will the Sidewinder ever have competition?

Not sure what is in this for gears(cant be stock) and what else is in this as it seems to be putting up some decent numbers.

More then likely has a 1" track I would think. Stock SRX territory OUT OF THE BOX.

Just read this....none of which is mentioned on his video...lol


The 126 mph run was with a 39 bottom gear/1 inch track.....
9 tooth 2.52 drivers, one stud every other bar. muffler and CAI. Ben knows how to run radar. Will be hard for most of us trail guys to get anywhere near his speed.

Well I’ve never seen a stock sidewinder that slow ever so something wrong there mine ran 120 out of the box as well as every srx this year.

i'll agree. my stock srx ran consistent 111,112,113 and 115 on the last run of 1320' on crap snow on gull lake last weekend. that ice would be around 120 like stone said in 1600'. no way a doo would get there unless one of us towed him!

When Rotax can build a 500cc fourstroke at 80 hp that runs at 13000rpm and is reliable or BRP builds a 70 hp outboard that is lighter than any 2 stroke outboard then I will admit they can build four strokes. By the time they catch up Yamaha will be that much further ahead.
