Sorry Terry I cant make this FridayThanks! Racing this weekend, trying out a silver secondary spring with the current setup. Seems to shift up faster Hoping for 11:30's! Saturday will be doing the exhaust swap to see how much the can improved on performance.
Next Real Street Drags Friday August 1st will be more and more and even more testing. That viper will be like "What are you guys doing to me?" Found some crazy weight profiles to try. Steep helix start and then real shallow with a lot of tip weight.

This Friday, August 1st! Around 75° for a high and maybe a break from the headwind.
Right now, a couple members are coming down to check it out If your not doing anything, stop on down and have a good time!
Cannondale, you need to come down to this one....

Alright....August 1st RSD did not happen because the track cancelled the races, because of storms that were in the area. They called it at 1pm in which I called everyone I could as fast as I heard the cancellation.
YamahaTim - Sucks that you were 2 hours into the trip before they called it...but I'm glad they called it when they did. If they would have called it at 4pm when everyone was already at the track....I would have blew a gasket.
Shagman - You were already in town which surprised me, but we made the best of it! That burrito was FRICKEN HUGE! Also, the bonfire was a hoot! Saturday was absolutely NUTS! Shenanigans everywhere in Milwaukee! IT WAS GREAT!!!!! For those who are wondering what I did on Saturday, look up Miltown Throwdown on Youtube and you will get a taste of it. My son Andrew said the 2014 teaser, I am the black bike just behind the guy on the green bike doing the wheelie at the beginning of the teaser.
NOW!!!!! They rescheduled the RSD to this Friday night, August 8th! I am planning on being there! For those who want to come down and check this out would be awesome!!!
As for the sled, I made a couple runs down the road and there was no hook up at all. This sled is putting some power down to the ground now! Can't wait till Friday night!

8/8/14 Real Street Drags - Wisconsin International Raceway
Temps were in the middle 80's and humidity wasn't the worst, but not perfect for times as everyone I talked to was running .3 slow in the 1/4 mile. There was wind but it wasn't a hefty headwind like there usually is.
1st run down the track - lane 1, sunny....same clutching as my 11.57 runs with "Bills airbox mod"
reaction .181 - 1.6234 60ft. - 7.2010 1/8 mile @ 93.49 mph - 11.6061 1/4 mile @ 107.00mph
(I thought the airbox mod was slowing me down so I took it off and put the stock back on)
2nd run - lane 2, sunny.....same clutching as my 11.57 runs with stock airbox.
reaction .0084 - 1.6176 60ft. - 7.2091 1/8 mile @ 91.39 mph - 11.6962 1/4 mile @ 104.66mph
3rd run - lane 1, sunny.....different helix
reaction .0448 - 1.6444 60ft. - 7.2330 1/8 mile @ 93.13 mph - 11.6649 1/4 mile @ 105.78mph
4th run - lane 2, sundown......different weights, primary spring and helix
reaction .0020 - 1.5716 60ft. - 7.1150 1/8 mile @ 92.29 mph - 11.5490 1/4 mile @ 101.85 mph
(Hit rev limiter off of the line and on the big end)
5th run - lane 2, dusk......added more weight and different helix
reaction .0524 - 1.5846 60ft. - 7.1244 1/8 mile @ 92.48 mph - 11.5654 1/4 mile @ 101.39 mph
(same thing, rev limiter off of the line and on the big end)
6th run - lane 1, dark and very humid.....moved weight from tip to middle
reaction .0830 - 1.5908 60ft. - 7.0678 1/8 mile @ 93.88 mph - 11.4600 1/4 mile @ 107.26 mph
(never hit the rev limiter and felt good!) Look at how much the rev limiter knocks down mph!!!!!
7th run - lane 1, dark and getting more humid......put "Bills airbox mod" back on. I did this because I knew it was faster with it on READY????
reaction .6414 - 1.6014 60ft. - 7.0128 1/8 mile @ 94.12 mph - 11.3872 1/4 mile @ 107.87mph!!!!!!!
Hats off to YamahaTim, Shagman, Tyler, my son Andrew for all his help and to Bill (Stingray) you know your stuff bud!!!! Thanks everyone!

Nice job running a 11.38 Your going to get that 10.00 soon.
I was out again last weekend with the apex. Best run was a reaction time .o70 60 ft. 1.38 6.03 at 116mph
Wish you were closer and I would come over.
Keep up the good work and that 10.00 will come up

Thanks Dialin!
I'm hoping to get that 10 soon enough
Nice run on the Apex! 6.03 in the 1/8 is definitely a 1/4 mile mid 9 second sled!
I need to get my 60 ft. down......
