I agree but these two u could not smell them. Maybe my sniffer was broke that day. LOLI lead our group. I can always smell a two stroke before I see it. Every single time.
In our group any 2 stroke sleds have to ride last.

Cold front is coming.... Not exactly sure where you ride?I will be sure to share my feelings if we ever get snow. The 10 day does not look favorable here.

Lol...and who wants to be a standupper brapper at speed...seems to defeat the aerodynamics!I can sure smell them stinky sleds when coming upon them! I think it surprise them too when us "old guys" blow past them on the heavy four-strokes... LOL! They're hanging off the sides in every corner ripping it up hard, front end off the ground on the straights with their superior lightweight two-strokes and we rail right on past them when safe to do so of course... HaHaHa, I love it!
Tell me again how great those lightweight two-strokes are and how they kill the heavy four-strokes in tight trails.... Overpriced F'n throwway kids toys is all they are. Dont miss them one bit, not in the least.

Someone on DT put one on ice yesterday with a dragy. 60% break in, 144 1.575” triggers. He said he could not hook up for ET.
120mph on the speedo was 105mph on the dragy. I’ve heard from a few different people that the factory clutch on the comp turbo is horrible. 4,100rpm engagement, and they aren’t loading the engine enough. Sounds like they may be pooches in stock trim.

While not impossible, it's highly doubtful that would be the case. I've seen this way too often in my years of experience where owners think their two-stroke needs more weight....'reving too high'.
Loading slightly below the power peak promotes deto and you can bet that Skidoo engineers are well aware of that.
Could it be that new owners of the Doo Turbo are maybe expecting it to be faster than it is.

Well, yeah ..that's a little disappointing. And trust me I know disappointing. Lol. Just don't know the exact circumstances. Not completely broken in, snow conditions, etc. we will see bigger mph, as the season goes. I figured it to go 110++mph in perfect conditions.
At least the guy was being honest.

Sounds like he's smokin sumthin really bad..lol...we've all seen this from guys over the years. One of my favorites was my friends 1973 skiroule RT440 with 340 stickers. Smoked the neighbors sno jet 340..eventually the truth came out...lolWell... I haven't been on dootalk in over 7 years. Only to see this fabricated BS in the 850t group.
Jeb (dootalk leader supreme)is a liar. Fact of the matter is they were running on a small lake with about 10 inches of powder on it, in Mercer , Wis. I'm not into that. Lol. However I did ask Jeb to race me on a snow packed lake, he declined.
I'm hopeful that this gets back to him, as I know a member here called me out. Pretty sure I know which member. Not a big deal.
At the very least I'm hoping the member here will paste and copy this over there. Cuz I know they could all use a laugh, or perhaps the challenge. Great to know after 7 years, I must have left a scar. Lol.

Lol...I remember you saying that. I've done a few things myself over the years.Sounds like he's smokin sumthin really bad..lol...we've all seen this from guys over the years. Yeah, lol. It's all good. I suppose I'll have to post that same thing up to every group I know, in hopes it will get back to him.
Sorry it has to be this way. Hahaha.
Later that year I ran his buddy (Randy) with the same 850. And it didn't go good for him.
Poor Jeb, likes to sit on the porch and tell lies. Like a little girl in ponytails.

Isn’t this the same problem with all sleds? Most cannot use hp or are set up so far off what they should be they don’t run.Someone on DT put one on ice yesterday with a dragy. 60% break in, 144 1.575” triggers. He said he could not hook up for ET.

Another reason it’s enjoyable to have a two stroke again. Everyone has a turbo four stroke that’s “fast”. Lol

Why does 10 inches of powder matter?Well... I haven't been on dootalk in over 7 years. Only to see this fabricated BS in the 850t group.

Lol ... 10 inches of powder on a 300 ft rip. Lol.... It's just not for me. Hahaha. The 998 likes to stretch its legs a little bit longer...Why does 10 inches of powder matter?
Bring it on.
